If you buy condoms regularly in Pakistan, you already know the maths matters. A single pack of 3 costs around Rs 200 to Rs 250, which adds up fast when you use protection consistently. The Sathi Bachat Pack Imported Condoms 6×4 is built for exactly this situation: a value pack with 24 condoms at Rs 850 that brings the per-piece cost down to about Rs 35. This review breaks down what you get in the box, how the price compares, how they fit and feel, and whether the pack is actually worth buying.
The Sathi Bachat Pack is the best value option in the Sathi range for regular users. You get 24 imported Greenstar condoms for Rs 850, which works out to roughly Rs 35 per piece, far cheaper than 3-piece packs. Comfort is on par with other Sathi condoms, quality follows international standards, and the small pocket packs make carrying them discreet. If you use condoms often, this pack is a smart buy.
What is inside the Sathi Bachat Pack?
The Bachat Pack contains 24 condoms arranged as 6 pocket packs of 4 condoms each, all made by Greenstar Social Marketing Pakistan with international quality standards.
The smart part of this design is the pocket packs. Instead of one large box that gets crushed in a drawer, you get six slim sleeves, each holding four individually sealed condoms. You can keep one sleeve in your wallet, one in your bag, and the rest at home without carrying the whole pack around. This is genuinely more discreet and practical than loose condoms rattling in a pocket.
The condoms themselves are plain classic Sathi condoms. They are straight-sided with a reservoir tip, lubricated, and made from natural latex. There is no special texture on these, unlike the dotted or ribbed variants in the Sathi range. If you like textured options, you might prefer the Sathi Danedar Condoms or the Sathi Menthol Condoms, but for standard protection at the lowest per-piece price, the Bachat Pack is the one.
How much does the Sathi Bachat Pack cost in Pakistan?
The Sathi Bachat Pack costs Rs 850 for 24 condoms on Royal Trading, down from a regular price of Rs 1000, which works out to approximately Rs 35 per condom.
Here is the simple maths that makes the value case. A standard 3-piece Sathi pack typically sells for Rs 200 to Rs 250, which is roughly Rs 70 to Rs 85 per condom. The Bachat Pack at Rs 850 for 24 brings that down to about Rs 35 per piece. That is effectively half the price per use, which adds up to real savings over a few months for regular users.
Compared with other bulk options, it still wins. The Sathi Menthol 36-pack at Rs 650 is even cheaper per piece, but that is a niche flavoured variant not everyone wants. For plain classic condoms, the Bachat Pack is the cheapest way to stock up on the Sathi range. Retail shop prices for the same pack usually sit closer to Rs 900 to Rs 1000 in cities like Lahore, Karachi and Islamabad, so Rs 850 online is genuinely below the usual shelf price.
Are Sathi condoms good quality?
Yes, Sathi condoms are made by Greenstar Social Marketing Pakistan under international quality standards, with electronic testing on every condom before packing.
Quality is the reason Sathi has stayed popular for years. Greenstar manufactures these condoms to the same international testing standards used by global brands: each condom passes electronic testing, pressure tests and dimensional checks. This is not a low-cost brand cutting corners; it is a large-scale manufacturer bringing international grade protection at local prices.
Greenstar is one of the biggest names in reproductive health products in Pakistan, and Sathi is its flagship condom line. When you buy the Bachat Pack, you are getting the same quality condoms as the smaller retail packs, just in bulk packaging. The shelf life printed on each sealed condom gives you plenty of time to use the full pack, and storing them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight keeps them in good condition.
How do Sathi Bachat condoms fit and feel?
They are standard-fit latex condoms that suit most men comfortably, with a smooth texture and a reservoir tip that adds a little extra room where it matters.
The fit is what most Pakistani men will recognise as normal. The nominal width is standard, not snug and not loose, and the latex is thin enough for decent sensation while still feeling secure. The reservoir tip is shaped to collect semen and reduce pressure, which also makes application easier.
Comfort during use is good for a basic condom. They are pre-lubricated with a water-based lubricant, so friction is low. If you want more detail on choosing the right fit, our guide on how to choose the most comfortable condom in Pakistan covers fit, feel and material in depth.
One honest note: these are plain condoms, so if texture is important to you or your partner, they will not add anything extra. In that case, compare them with the textured options in our dotted vs ribbed vs plain condoms guide to see which style suits you best.
Sathi Bachat vs Sathi Danedar, Menthol and Plus: which should you buy?
Buy the Bachat Pack if plain value is your priority; choose Danedar for texture, Menthol for flavour and novelty, and Plus for delay.
Each Sathi variant serves a different need, so here is a straight comparison:
Bachat Pack (24 pieces, Rs 850): Plain classic condoms. Lowest per-piece price in the plain category. Best for regular users who want reliable protection without extras.
Sathi Danedar (Rs 750): Dotted texture designed for extra stimulation. Costs more per piece, but the texture is the main selling point. Choose this if you want more sensation from each use.
You Might Also Like
Sathi Menthol 36-pack (Rs 650): Menthol flavour with a tingling sensation, and the cheapest per-piece option in the whole range. Great for couples who enjoy variety, but not for everyone as a daily condom.
Sathi Plus Delay (Rs 750): Contains a delay lubricant designed to help performance. Priced at a premium for the delay feature. Pick this if timing is your main concern rather than bulk value.
Our verdict: the Bachat Pack is the everyday workhorse. If you already like classic Sathi condoms, there is no reason to keep buying 3-piece packs when this exists.
How can you buy the Sathi Bachat Pack online with discreet delivery?
Royal Trading sells the Bachat Pack online with cash on delivery across Pakistan, packed in plain unmarked parcels so nobody can tell what is inside.
Buying condoms online is easier than most people expect. You place the order, pay cash when it arrives, and the parcel comes in neutral packaging with no product names on the outside. The delivery rider does not know what you ordered, and there is no branding that gives anything away. This matters in Pakistan where many buyers, especially younger ones, want privacy.
Online prices are also usually better than pharmacy shelves. Pharmacies and medical stores in most cities charge full retail, while Royal Trading lists the Bachat Pack at Rs 850 with the discount from Rs 1000 already applied. Orders ship to Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpidi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar and smaller cities too. You can order the Sathi Bachat Pack here and have it delivered discreetly to your doorstep.
Final verdict: is the Sathi Bachat Pack worth it?
Yes, the Sathi Bachat Pack is worth buying if you are a regular condom user who wants reliable quality at the lowest per-piece price.
The numbers speak for themselves. At about Rs 35 per condom, you are paying roughly half the per-use cost of small packs, getting the same Greenstar quality, and the 6 x 4 pocket pack design is genuinely practical for carrying and storage. The only reason to skip it is if you prefer textured, flavoured or delay condoms, in which case Sathi has you covered with Danedar, Menthol and Plus.
For everyone else, this is the value pack the name promises: bachat, or savings, in every sense. Stock up once and stop overpaying per piece.
