- Inspection Prior to Payment
The Customer is required to physically inspect and verify all goods for quality, quantity, and specification prior to making payment. - Final Sale
Once payment has been received by Royal Trading, the transaction shall be deemed complete and final. - No Returns or Exchanges
No returns, refunds, or exchanges will be entertained after payment has been made, unless explicitly agreed upon in a separate written agreement signed by both parties. - Transfer of Risk and Responsibility
Upon completion of stock verification by the Customer, all risk of loss, damage, or theft shall transfer entirely to the Customer. - Mutual Understanding
All transactions are conducted on the basis of mutual consent, transparency, and good faith between Royal Trading and the Customer.
